- To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions before participating in our referral programme.
- Referred candidates must be ‘new’ to Pertemps Education, meaning we haven’t previously received their details through other channels.
- Candidates must be employed as teachers or teaching assistants. For support or admin staff referrals, a separate referral fee of £75 applies.
- Only one person can claim a referral fee for each educator. In case of a dispute, Pertemps Education’s decision is final.
- Referrals must be emailed to us and include the candidate’s CV.
- Referral fees will be paid by BACS and are taxable. Proof of holding a UK bank account in your name will be required.
- Payment will be made once the referred candidate has successfully completed 20 days
- Referral claims must be made within the first 12 months of the referred candidate’s employment.
- As of 1st February 2025, a referral bonus of £150 will be awarded. Those who referred a candidate prior to this date will have the previous referral bonus amount honoured.
