Andrew has worked in public sector recruitment for over 25 years. He has specialised in supplying qualified teachers, education professionals and social workers into schools and local authorities/private institutions respectively, for both temporary and permanent vacancies.

Since founding Pertemps Professional Recruitment (PPR) in December 2016, Andrew has been instrumental in building the business into a successful, multi-brand organisation.
