Technology Teacher (Deaf School) – Haringey

A well-established specialist school is seeking an excellent Technology Teacher to join a skilled team of deaf and hearing staff. Other subject specialisms may also be considered within the successful applicant’s timetable. The role is based in the Secondary School setting.

• Position: Technology Teacher
• Location: Haringey
• Start Date: September 2025
• Contract: Full-time / Permanent 
• Salary: £38,766 – £50,288 

Ideal Candidate:
✔ Experience teaching in the secondary phase
✔ Experience working with children with SEND
✔ High expectations for students & personal practice
✔ Knowledge of British Sign Language (BSL) or willingness to train to Level 3
✔ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
A Teacher of Deaf Children and Young People (ToD) qualification is desirable but not essential. Training for this mandatory qualification will be fully funded if required.
