• Location: Haringey 

• Pay: £90-£105 per day 

• Start Date: January

As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students’ learning and development, ensuring they feel confident, motivated, and valued. Your role will involve providing one-on-one and group support, preparing resources, and contributing to a positive classroom atmosphere. 
 
We are seeking a motivated and caring individual with: 

• Experience working with children in a primary school setting. 

• Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a love of learning. 

• The ability to support students with diverse needs, promoting inclusion and well-being. 

• A proactive and adaptable approach to working in a dynamic school environment. 

 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various subjects. 

• Providing tailored support to students, helping them overcome challenges and achieve their goals. 

• Encouraging positive behaviour and maintaining a supportive classroom environment. 

• Organising and preparing learning materials to meet students’ individual needs. 

• Collaborating with staff to ensure all students have the best opportunities for success.
