The Role:

• Position: SEN Teaching Assistant
• Location: Brent
• Interview Date: Immediate
• Contract: Full-Time / Term Time Only
• Salary: £103 – £115 per day (depending on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting students across Key Stages 3 and 4 who have a range of additional needs (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Speech & Language)
• Providing tailored 1:1 support and small group interventions to boost confidence, engagement, and academic achievement
• Assisting teachers in creating an inclusive and positive learning environment
• Helping students build independence, resilience, and a love of learning
• Working closely with the SENCO, teachers, and external professionals to ensure every student thrives

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience working with students with SEN (secondary experience ideal, but not essential)
• A proactive, energetic, and positive attitude
• Confidence in building strong relationships with young people
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting students with additional needs
