A specialist secondary SEN school in Hillingdon is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This is a fantastic opportunity to support young people with a range of additional needs in a highly supportive, purpose-built educational setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with special educational needs
• Assist the class teacher in delivering structured and engaging lessons
• Help manage classroom behaviour and support emotional regulation
• Contribute to a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
• Adapt support strategies based on individual needs and learning styles

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting students with SEN
• Patience, resilience, and a calm approach to challenging situations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in an SEN or care setting is highly desirable, but not essential
