School Administrator – Hammersmith & Fulham – Immediate Start

Are you a proactive and experienced School Administrator ready to make a difference? Pertemps Education is seeking a dedicated and professional individual to join a thriving secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham on a full-time, term-time-only basis.
Key Requirements:

  • Experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.
  • Availability to work 5 days a week, during term time.

This is a fantastic opportunity to become a vital part of a supportive office team, working collaboratively to ensure the school runs smoothly and every student is supported to succeed. In this role, you will:

  • Manage attendance records with accuracy.
  • Handle admissions and student transfers.
  • Administer and maintain information systems.
  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.

We’re looking for someone who can bring the following skills and attributes to the role:

  • Confidence and proficiency in using SIMS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisational abilities and IT proficiency.
  • A friendly and empathetic approach when dealing with pupils, parents, and staff.
  • A team player who can prioritise effectively in a busy environment.
