Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Hackney – Immediate Start 
Are you a qualified Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking for an exciting opportunity to support students in a dynamic school setting? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TA to assist teachers and help foster a positive learning environment across a range of subjects. 
 
Pay: £90-£100 per day 
Location: Hackney 
Start Date: November 
Interview Date: ASAP 
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons across a range of subjects. 

• Support classroom management, helping maintain a positive and focused learning environment. 

• Provide tailored one-on-one and group support to students, particularly those requiring extra assistance. 

• Help students develop study skills, build confidence, and foster a love for learning. 

• Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources. 

• Contribute to the overall welfare and personal development of students. 

 
Requirements: 

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is essential. 

• Previous experience working with children or young people (voluntary or paid). 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. 

• A genuine passion for education and supporting student achievement. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and staff.
