What We’re Looking For:

• Qualifications: QTS or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification.
• Experience:
  • Strong track record of delivering English at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience a plus).
  • Ability to inspire, challenge, and support students of all abilities.
• Personal Qualities:
  • Passion for English language and literature.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • A team player who’s flexible, proactive, and reflective in their teaching practice.
