Pay Rate: £100 – £130 per day (depending on experience)
Are you passionate about helping young people thrive? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our secondary school in Kensington & Chelsea as a Behaviour Support specialist. In this vital role, you will work closely with students to address behavioural challenges and help them reach their full potential. This position is perfect for those with experience in education, youth work, or counselling who are eager to make a positive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with behavioural challenges.
- Collaborate with teachers and the pastoral team to develop and implement effective behaviour support plans.
- Assist students in understanding and managing their emotions to encourage positive behavioural growth.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to teachers, parents, and school leadership.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that enables all students to succeed.
- Help remove barriers to learning and improve overall school attendance.

- Experience working with young people in an educational or mentoring capacity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- A calm, patient, and professional approach, especially in challenging situations.
- A genuine commitment to supporting young people and helping them succeed.
- Familiarity with behaviour management strategies (desirable).
- Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
