At Pertemps Education, we know that great talent attracts great talent. As a trusted partner in education recruitment, we’ve established strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Now, we’re inviting you to join our referral program and help us connect with exceptional educators who can make a meaningful impact in education.
How It Works
We offer a generous £250 referral bonus if you make a referral to us, which will be paid to you once your referred candidate has successfully worked 20 days.

Who Can You Refer?
You can recommend teachers from the UK who are seeking permanent or temporary teaching positions. Whether they’re seasoned educators or fresh faces in the field, if they’re new to Pertemps Education, they’re eligible for referral.
To Claim Your Referral
To claim your referral, click here and send an email with the subject line ‘Referral Programme’. Please include your name, contact details, and the name of the teacher or teaching assistant you have referred.
Please note: Before contacting us via email, please make sure to carefully read the terms and conditions. Please be aware that tracking every referral can be challenging for us, so it’s important that you inform us of any referrals you make.
To ensure fairness and transparency, please review the following terms and conditions before participating in our referral programme.
Referred candidates must be ‘new’ to Pertemps Education, meaning we haven’t previously received their details through other channels.
Candidates must be employed as teachers or teaching assistants. For support or admin staff referrals, a separate referral fee of £75 applies.
Only one person can claim a referral fee for each educator. In case of a dispute, Pertemps Education’s decision is final.
Referrals must be emailed to us and include the candidate’s CV.
Referral fees will be paid by BACS and are taxable. Proof of holding a UK bank account in your name will be required.
Payment will be made once the referred candidate has successfully completed 20 days
Referral claims must be made within the first 12 months of the referred candidate’s employment.
